Bjelanjcima dodajte prstohvat soli te lagano miješajte električnim mikserom. Smjesi postepeno dodavajte šećer (nikako ne sve odjednom), dobro miksajte dok ne dobijete čvrsti snijeg.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span><span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">2. U smjesu dodajte žličicu octa, žličicu arome vanilije i žlicu gussnela te sve sastojke lagano promiješajte špatulicom.</span><br />

Koru za Pavlovu pecite cca 20tak minuta na 170*C ( kora će vam biti zlatno smeđe boje jer je u smjesu osim samih bjelanjaka dodana i žlica gussnela; ako pak želite da vam kora bude u potpunosti bijela onda ga nemojte uopće stavljati)</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">1. Žutanjke izmiješajte sa šećerom te im dodajte otopljeni maslac. Bjelanjke istucite u čvrsti snijeg s prstohvatom soli.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">2. U posebnoj posudi pomiješajte brašno s praškom za pecivo, a jabuke očistite i izrežite na tanje kriške.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">3. U mješavinu od žutanjaka dodajte naribanu koricu limuna, brašno i mlijeko. Smjesu dobro sjedinite, a ako vam je tijesto previše kompaktno možete slobodno dodati još malo mlijeka.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Na kraju smijesi dodajte snijeg od bjelanjaka koji lagano špatulicom povežete.</span><br />

Sve sastojke dobro promiješate i dodajte smijesi snijeg od bjelanjaka. Lagano sve sjedinite špatulom, izlijte u kalup za torte. </span></span></span><br />

U kremu dodajte sitno nasjeckani kikiriki, sok cijele naranče te koricu od naranče. Sve sastojke dobro promiješate i ulijte preko pečene podloge od keksiju.</span><br />
